School -- Kaio Junior High (Go Club Chief)
Birthday -- March 5

Family -- Father, Mother, Brother
The captain of the large Kaio Go Club. I was an insei for about a year, yet was mostly regulated to Group 2. As a former insei who once tried to become a pro, I have a lot of pride in the Go that I play.
I am able to read the opponent's habits and weaknesses and attack them directly. To me, the Junior High School Level is lacking.
My way of speaking and carrying myself do not resemble those of a 9th grader. As an insei, I were known more for drinking black coffee than his Go ability.
(Reading a novel in the book store, a big difference from Hikaru the manga reader. Students at elite schools have wide interests.)
The existence of Hikaru that affects Akira puzzles me. I try to discover what that is and solve what I lacked.
I feels disappointment in Hikaru's demeanor after experiencing Akira's passion up close. I almost show anger. But I'm able to control my emotions (one of my speciality) ... "Or do you have something?"
